Modification and Cancellation Policies
To provide the best service possible, all changes or cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled check-in by contacting our customer service team at +52 624 108 6446.
– Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice:
Refund of deposit, minus a $150 USD cancellation fee.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in:
Non-refundable.
– In case of adverse weather conditions:
